Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and develop the e-commerce operations team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Take ownership of the complete online order journey, from order placement and confirmation to fulfillment, delivery, return, exchange, refund, and after-sales coordination.
  • Monitor order volume, pending orders, cancellations, delivery status, returns, and other operational KPIs to ensure timely and accurate processing.
