I have no complaints about the pen drive itself I received a quality product. However, I do have a complaint about the online purchase process. If anyone is interested in buying this product, I urge you to read this review.
The product image clearly shows a red pen drive, and the description also states it. Since I didn’t have time to go purchase it in person, I placed an order online. But I was delivered a black pen drive without being informed. My question is shouldn’t I have been notified about this change? Later, I contacted CCTV Shop’s Banani branch and learned that my preferred red pen drive was out of stock. Even after calling customer support, I couldn’t arrange to get the red one. Instead, I was simply asked to “consider” the situation. It feels like pushing the burden of consideration onto customers has become a norm for these companies. To some, this might seem like a small issue but at the end of the day, who are businesses really for?
